On the 2nd of June AI Sweden and Google invites you to the Reimagine work hackathon! We have officially moved past the era of "AI as a Chatbot." In 2026, we are firmly rooted in the Agentic Era. While 2024 and 2025 were about individual productivity humans using AI to write emails or summarize meetings this year is about autonomous workflows. Today’s AI agents don't just help you to suggest text; they execute tasks, coordinate with other agents, and make micro-decisions across different systems. However, while the technology has accelerated, our organizational structures are still catching up. The Challenge How can we design inclusive, imaginative and impactful ways of working in an AI-shaped world? This hackathon invites you as a AI Sweden partner to prototype digital solutions that support people and teams as they navigate this shift - regardless of industry, role, or background.The goal of the hackathon is not just to automate tasks, but to explore how we collaborate with autonomous AI agents - potentially redefining the very ideas of "colleague" and "boss" to foster trust and continuous upskilling. In a time when traditional metrics are becoming obsolete and nearly every company needs to adapt its governance and decision-making, this is not just a challenge - it’s a shared opportunity to rethink what an organization can be.Whether it’s an app for seamless human-agent collaboration, an interactive digital dashboard for redefining KPIs, or an AI-powered interface for high-speed governance - you’ll build a tangible tool that harmonizes human intuition with machine execution and unlocks new ways of working together.
